• Weather:         The weather in British Columbia is very temperate, but temperatures vary depending on how close to the coast you are.  Typical weather in Vancouver ranges between 71°and 55°in the summer and 42°and 32° in the winter.  The warmest (and driest) month is July and the coldest is January and the wettest is December.

To get married in British Columbia you must obtain a Marriage License, which is valid for three months.  No blood tests are required, but proof of birth and certificates of divorce or death must be provided if either of the couple have been married previously. The marriage must be performed by a religious representative who is registered with the Vital Statistics Agency. Civil ceremonies are performed by marriage commissioners, who are appointed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Vital Statistics Agency.
